At the recent audio launch of "Thangalaan," Vikram, known for his transformative roles, opened up about his personal experiences, revealing a powerful connection to his character. He shared his emotional journey of resilience, recounting a life-altering accident that left him with a broken leg and facing the possibility of never walking again. He spent three years in the hospital, enduring 23 surgeries, but his unwavering passion and self-confidence ultimately allowed him to overcome this adversity. His heartfelt words left the audience in awe, showcasing his indomitable spirit.

Co-star Parvathy Thiruvothu also praised Vikram's dedication and talent, stating that working with him was a dream come true and that he is the best co-star she has worked with thus far.

"Thangalaan" explores the ingenuity and courage of the KGF residents as they fought against British exploitation and devised strategies to protect their livelihood. The film boasts a stellar cast, including Malavika Mohannan, Pasupathi, Muthukumar, Hari Krishnan, Preethi, Arjun Prabhakaran, and Hollywood actor Daniel Goldragon.

GV Prakash composed the music for the film, produced by Studio Green. "Thangalaan," set for a grand release on August 15th, will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
