While the team is actively promoting the film with interviews and behind-the-scenes glimpses, Ram recently revealed a surprising detail about his dedication to the project. In a special interview with Kavya Thapar and Getup Srinu, the actor confessed to shedding a whopping 18 kilos for the film's climax sequence.

"I was incredibly excited about the climax," shared Ram, "I wanted to maintain the same strong and chiseled physique I had in iSmart Shankar. But, with the shoot planned for November 2023 and Skanda releasing in September, time was limited. We couldn't postpone the shoot as getting Sanjay Dutt sir's dates again would have been a huge challenge."

Determined to deliver his best, Ram went on a rigorous fitness regime. "I went to Bali and disconnected from my phone for a month. It was tough, but I lost 18 kilos, dropping from 86 to 68 kilos," he revealed. "While it's a great transformation, I wouldn't recommend losing this much weight in such a short time. It's not healthy."
