Kangana Ranaut Rumored to Sell Mumbai Bungalow for Rs 40 Crore

Reports are circulating that Kangana Ranaut is putting her Bandra bungalow, located in the coveted Pali Hill area, up for sale. The property also houses her production house, Manikarnika Films.

The speculation arose after a YouTube channel, Code Estate, shared a video claiming a production house office is on the market. While the production house and owner weren't explicitly named, the visuals strongly hinted at Kangana's office.

The video details the bungalow's features: a 285 square meter plot with a construction area of 3042 sq ft, an additional 500 sq ft of parking space, and two floors. It is reportedly priced at Rs 40 Crore.

Kangana Ranaut has not yet commented on the rumors.

This development comes amid Kangana's growing involvement in politics, with her spending most of her time in New Delhi and Himachal Pradesh.

Past Controversy:

The property in question was previously embroiled in controversy in 2020 when the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) demolished parts of Kangana's office, citing illegal construction. This action was subsequently halted by a stay order from the Bombay High Court. Kangana subsequently filed a case against the BMC and sought compensation, but eventually withdrew her demands in May 2023.

On the work front, Kangana is currently working on "Emergency," a film that she is directing and starring in. She is also actively involved in her political career.
