A source close to the actress had initially confirmed her hospitalization on Thursday, describing her condition as a "severe case of food poisoning." While she was reportedly struggling with weakness, she is now on the road to recovery.

Janhvi had returned to Mumbai from Chennai on Tuesday, feeling unwell on Wednesday and choosing to stay home. The actress has been navigating a busy schedule, juggling personal and professional commitments, recently attending the wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant and then diving into promotional activities for her upcoming film, "Ulajh."

In "Ulajh," Janhvi portrays Suhana Bhatia, a young diplomat caught in a web of intrigue and conspiracy. Directed by Sudhanshu Saria, the film promises a gripping narrative set against the backdrop of high-stakes international diplomacy.

The film also stars Adil Hussain, Meiyang Chang, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. "Ulajh," written by Sudhanshu Saria and Parveez Shaikh with dialogues by Atika Chauhan, is slated for release on August 2nd.
