Siddharth 40 Kickstarted With Pooja Ceremony

Siddharth who was seen in his last film Chittha / Chinna as a lead actor after a longtime has won accolades for his performance. He is seen in Bharateeyudu 2 / Indian 2 as a key role and performed well in emotional scenes. Now, he is gearing up for his next, his 40th film, Siddharth 40 backed by Shanthi Talkies which recently delivered a superhit Maaveeran / Mahaveerudu with Sivakarthikeyan.

Siddharth's upcoming film with director Sri Ganesh has officially gone on floors with a pooja ceremony on July 15. Tentatively titled Siddharth 40, the upcoming film is expected to be an emotional ride. Director Sri Ganesh has earned critical acclaim for his debut film 8 Thottakkal (2017) and for his second film Kuruthi Aattam (2022).

The ensemble cast of Siddharth 40 also stars talented Sarath Kumar, Devayani and Meetha Raghunath. Kannada actor Chaithra Achar of Saptha Saagaraalu Daati Side B fame, will be making her Tamil debut through this film.

The untitled film is bankrolled by Shanthi Talkies and produced by Arun Viswa. Further details regarding the plot and release date for Siddharth 40 have not been disclosed yet.
