It is known that Trisha Krishnan has ventured into web series space with 'Brinda' which is about to stream in Sony LIV. Makers released teaser to raise curiosity among the viewers. The crux of the story is based on, "Before you entered this world, it may have been filled with evil. But before we depart, it’s our responsibility to fill it with goodness,” a character tells Trisha Krishnan‘s Brinda as we see her gearing up for a no-holds-barred battle.
The official teaser of Trisha’s first-ever streaming series Brinda is here and promises everything one could expect from a mystery thriller. The 88-second teaser begins by showing an area being readied for carrying out a ritual. A girl has been tied to a stone bound with red thread, and two women smear turmeric paste on her face, kumkum on her forehead, and spill some liquid over her head as she screams with fear.
“We may have anger, betrayal, and hatred within us. But it’s not with these that we should battle. Rather, fight with the good in us, making sure it doesn’t fade away,” the voiceover says as the teaser shifts into high gear, highlighting that the series will be an emotional rollercoaster and a thrilling ride. “A time when everything seemed lost, she came as the light at the end of the tunnel,” reads the show’s tagline in its official statement.
Written and directed by Surya Manoj Vangala and produced by Adding Advertising LLP, Brinda marks the OTT debut of Trisha Krishnan. The screenplay of the series is done by Surya Manoj Vangala and Padmavathi Malladi, helmed in the melody of music director Shakthikanth Karthik, with Avinash Kolla as the production designer, Dinesh K Babu's cinematography and Anwar Ali as the editor. Adding to this celebrated crew, the ensemble cast includes Indrajith Sukumaran, Jaya Prakash, Aamani, Ravindra Vijay, Anand Sami, Rakendu Mouli and others in pivotal roles, the series expertly weaves together elements of drama, crime, and mystery, delivering an enthralling viewing experience.
