Kamal,Rajini decides  not to pass snide remarks. In a recent interview, legendary actor Kamal Haasan opened up about his relationship with fellow superstar Rajinikanth, addressing the possibility of a future collaboration and the dynamics of their long-standing careers.

When asked about potential cameo appearances in each other's films, Kamal revealed, "It's not a new combination. We have done many films together. Then we decided not to work together." He clarified, "We are not like two competitors. We had the same mentor (late filmmaker K Balachander). Unlike any other place, the competition is there, openly. But there’s no envy and it’s two different paths."

Kamal also shared a fascinating insight into their shared philosophy, stating, "We did another thing. We also never make snide remarks about each other. We took this call when we were in our 20s; it’s not that we became older and wiser now." This mutual respect and decision to avoid negativity speaks volumes about their professionalism and dedication to their craft.

Their illustrious careers have seen them collaborate on over a dozen films, including classics like "Aval Appadithan," "16 Vayathinile," "Apoorva Raagangal," "Thillu Mullu," and "Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu." Their last film together was the Hindi film "Geraftaar" (1985), alongside Amitabh Bachchan.

Kamal, currently basking in the success of his latest film "Kalki 2898 AD," which has garnered over ₹550 crore worldwide, continues to enthrall audiences with his versatile performances. While their future collaborations remain uncertain, their history as pioneers in the Tamil film industry is a testament to their individual brilliance and the enduring impact of their shared journey.
