The first poster of the film, released on June 21st, sets the stage for a spooky yet comical journey. Sonakshi, looking terrified, stands alongside Riteish and Saqib, with a ghostly figure looming menacingly in the background.

Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, known for his work in 'Zombivili' and 'Munjya', 'Kakuda' promises a unique blend of horror and comedy. The story unfolds in the haunted village of Ratodi, where spine-chilling scares intertwine with laugh-out-loud moments.

This film marks the first collaboration between Sonakshi and Saqib, making it even more special considering Saqib's sister, Huma Qureshi, is one of Sonakshi's close friends.
