During the shooting of Pawan's first love movie, Tholi Prema, an unexpected incident occurred. While filming a cricket scene, Pawan arrived on set in a sumo, dressed in white. Just then, a person was hit by a car and flew into the air, falling down. 

Without hesitation, Pawan rushed to help, picked the person up, and took them to the hospital in his car. His shirt was covered in blood stains, but he didn't think twice about his movie, shooting, or dress. This incident showcases Pawan's selfless nature, and his fans are praising him, to the core.
