Amazon Teases The Streaming Date Of Mirzapur Latest Season

The makers of much awaited Mirzapur unveiled a new promo of the show on Thursday, teasing the release date of season 3. It features actor Lilliput who plays the role of Dadda in the series. The much-awaited third season of the show was announced recently but the makers have kept the details under wraps.

In the video, a person behind the camera is seen asking Dadda about the release date of the show. To which he replies, “4-11”. However, he later clarifies that ‘4-11’ is his height and he is not a fool to reveal the date. In the caption, the makers wrote, “dadda ne toh nahi bataya, ab kisse puche? (Dadda didn’t tell, now whom to ask?)”

Mirzapur is a crime-thriller gangster saga created by Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna. It follows the story of the dreaded gangster, Kaleen Bhaiya, played by Pankaj Tripathi, and his son, Munna, played by Divyenndu, who come at loggerheads with two middle-class family brothers, changing the course of what follows.  

The first season of the show starred Shweta Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. The second season comprised of some new actors joining the show including Vijay Varma, Isha Talwar, Lilliput, Anjum Sharma, Priyanshu Painyuli, Anangsha Biswas and Neha Sargam. The second season came out in October 2020.
