Raayan first single: Adangaadha Asuran energetic

Actor-director Dhanush has once again showcased his diverse talents by lending his voice and penning the lyrics for the first single from his upcoming directorial venture, 'Raayan'. The track, titled 'Adangaatha Asuran', was released on Thursday, May 9, marking a significant milestone in Dhanush's career.

In a statement shared by the makers, it was revealed that 'Adangaatha Asuran' is the result of a unique collaboration between Dhanush and the legendary composer AR Rahman, marking their first project together. Dhanush expressed his excitement about the release, stating, "D50 Raayan first single Adangaadha Asuran. From the day @arrahman sir made this song, I have waited a year to share this with you all. FINALLY Here it is. In theatres June 13th onwards @sunpictures (sic)."

'Released on February 19, 'Raayan' is Dhanush's 50th film and is scheduled to hit screens in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi on June 13. The film boasts a stellar cast including Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, and Aparna Balamurali, adding to the anticipation surrounding this much-awaited project.

Dhanush's last on-screen appearance was in the 2023 film 'Captain Miller', and audiences are eagerly awaiting his next outing in the multilingual film 'Kubera', directed by Sekhar Kammula. With 'Raayan', Dhanush continues to push the boundaries of his creativity, promising audiences an unforgettable cinematic experience.
