Boyapati Srinu: The Master Of Massy Blockbusters

Boyapati Srinu, the name which brings the picture of a hero roaring like a lion and shows the confidence of taking an entire army down single-handedly. All these over the top stunts feel convincingly providing a kind of guilty pleasure to audience. Boyapati is a master who entertains the audience despite knowing that what they are seeing onscreen is over the top yet they cant contain themselves from whistle and clap to the ongoing powerful scene. Boyapati is one of those rare directors who impresses and entertains the audience despite following a template. 

Boyapati made his debut with Ravi Teja starrer 'Bhadra' which is an action love story in Dil Raju production and made a superhit debut. But, it is his second film Tulasi with Venkatesh which showed his mark to some extent. He blended his mark action with Venkatesh mark sentiment andad ethe film work at the boxoffice. Boyapati's third film is Simha with Nanduri Balakrishna and this is where Boyapati Srinu has unleashed his true potential. 

Simha marks the beginning of one of the most successful combination in Tollywood and turned out to be a blockbuster. Then he made Dhammu with NTR which ended up as a decent fare. Then for his next Boyapati joined again with NBK and delivered Legend, the second blockbuster in the combination of this duo. Then he made Sarrainodu with Allu Arjun which became a huge blockbuster bringing Allu Arjun a new mass stardom. 

Boyapati then made films like Jaya Janaki Nayaka with Bellamkonda Srinivas and Vinaya Vidheya Rama with Ram Charan. Both the films didn't provided desired results. The Boyapati once again joined hands with Balayya and delivered blockbuster Akahnda scoring a Hat-trick. His next with Ram, Titled Skanda also disappointed at the box office. Boyapati once again getting ready to collaborate with NBK for Akhanda 2.
