Tabu, Kareena, Kriti Crew Emerges As Latest Hit In Bollywood

The comedy caper “Crew,” featuring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Kriti Sanon, has emerged as latest hot from Bollywood. The film has flown high into the coveted Rs 100 crore club, achieving this milestone in nine days since its release, amassing a global sum of Rs 104.08 crores. The film was released in theatres on March 29th.

Directed by Rajesh A Krishnan, the film opened at the box office on Day 1 with a worldwide gross of Rs. 20.07 crore. It did a business of Rs 21.06 crore on day two and Rs. 21.40 crore on day three, respectively. Celebrating the feat, the production house took to social media, sharing vibrant posters featuring the leading ladies alongside the updated box office figures

Produced by Shobha Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Ektaa R. Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, Crew follows the story of three air hostesses working for an airline called Kohinoor that is on the verge of bankruptcy and how they smuggle gold to make ends meet. Following its theatrical release, the film met with positive reactions from the audiences.

In addition to the leading ladies, the film boasts stellar performances from Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma, with a supporting cast including Saswata Chatterjee, Rajesh Sharma, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda, adding layers of humor and depth to the narrative.
