Brand New Look From Manchu Vishnu Kannappa Released

Vishnu Manchu has been making 'Kannappa', talent of an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva on a grand scale. Today, on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri, makers of Kannappa unveiled new look of Kannappa as a warrior played by Vishnu himself. Kannappa, is ambitiously produce dby Vishnu Manchu, directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh. 

The intriguing poster shows a warrior aiming his arrow coming out of a waterfalls during dawn. The poster reveals full getup of Vishnu Manchu as Kannappa.  Vishnu wrote in the caption, “Honoured and privileged to portray the greatest devotee of Lord Shiva, 'Kannappa'. Today on MahaShivaRatriॐ,"

Prabhas, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Madhoo, Mohan Babu, Rajendra Prasad, Brahmanandam and Josita Anola Rodrigues have also acted in Kannappa. The film will be released at the cinemas in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and Tamil. AVA Entertainment and Twenty Four Frames Factory have bankrolled this film.

Kannappa revisits the folk tale of Kannappa, an atheist hunter who became a devotee of the Hindu god Shiva. As per popular belief, Kannappa also plucked out his eyes in an act of extreme devotion. Manish Sarma and Stephen Devassay have composed the music for Kannappa. Cinematography by Sheldon Shau.
