Thalapathy Vijay who has recently announced his political entry has also confirmed that Thalapathy 69 will be his final movie in the industry. But as per latest reports he is not completely saying goodbye from the big screen. Vijay will continue appearing in special cameo appearances in few movies too. He will continue to be a part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe.
Director Lokesh has created a universe with Kaithi, Vikram and Leo as a part of his LCU. While Kaithi and Vikram became blockbusters, Leo didn't paid off as per expectations. Though he didn't have an immediate plans for Leo 2, he is making sure to keep the chances alive by making Thalapathy Vijay a part of his upcoming movies. Currently, Vijay is busy with the shooting of Venkat Prabhu's upcoming movie, GOAT, where the current schedule is underway in Pondicherry.
Now the latest reports say that Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is busy with the shooting of ‘Thalaivar 171’ starring Rajinikanth, has reportedly lined up two exciting projects. According to Kollywood sources, Lokesh Kanagaraj will be directing the sequels of his blockbuster movies ‘Vikram’ and ‘Kaithi’ after wrapping up his current film.
Exciting part is Vijay, who collaborated with Lokesh Kanagaraj in ‘Leo’, will be making a cameo appearance in both ‘Vikram 2’ and ‘Kaithi 2’. Reports also suggest that Leo 2 may not be happen. The cast and crew of ‘Vikram 2’ and ‘Khaidi 2’ are yet to be announced, but the sources claimed that Lokesh Kanagaraj has already prepared the scripts and is ready to start the pre-production work soon.
