Bubblegum Trailer Review: Upholding Self-Respect

'Bubblegum', has been in the news with its promotional content. The film marks the debut of popular anchor Suma Kanakala, actor Rajeev Kanakala's son, Roshan Kanakala. The first look, teaser and song released so far grabbed attention. The theme of the film derives from that life is not just about winning but is also about upholding self-respect. And love is just a part but it’s not everything in life. Today makers released the Trailer. 

Trailer begins with Roshan Kanakala introduced as a DJ who wants to make his mark in the musical world. He sees some light in life, after meeting Maanasa Choudhary. But the real problem begins with the girl deceiving him, by seeing another guy. Roshan who is madly in love with her decides to show the world what he is capable of.

The world of Bubblegum is so filled with a dose of love and self-respect. Ravikanth Perepu made a movie that is relatable to the youth of this gen. It is fresh, urbane and refreshing. Roshan Kanakala owned the character and he is comfortable with body language and attitude needed for the role. He steals the show with his performance as a love failure who wants to prove himself.

Suresh Ragutu’s camera work is notable, while Sricharan Pakala elevated the scenes with his thumping score. Maheshwari Movies in association with People Media Factory is producing the film and the production design is grand all through. The trailer has surely raised the expectations for the movie which is slated for release on December 29th.
