Animal the highly anticipated project is all set to release on Friday, December 1st. Meanwhile, the actors of the film Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna have attended a press conference of the film at a multiplex in Mumbai hours before the premiere.
The short press conference was memorable as Ranbir shared about his late father, Rishi Kapoor and his bond with his on-screen father, Anil Kapoor. Bobby Deol was late but got a grand reception once he made It. He profusely apologized for being late due to traffic and then gave headline grabbing quotes.
In the press meet, Bobby Deol was asked which Animal he relates to in real life. The veteran actor began by saying, “Sabke andar jaanwar hai. Jab hamare zindagi mein kuch hota hai, toh (accordingly) woh jaanwar jaag jaata hai.” He continued by saying, "In real life, I am like a little dog. I love affection, I love to be petted. I only look for love!” As expected, the audience was amused with his reply.
Ranbir Kapoor was asked the same question. he answered, “In life, I relate the most to an elephant. Growing up, it’s been a part of our culture because of (Lord) Ganpati. Also, elephants always move with their families.” He further added, "As for my character in Animal, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and I had discussed that let’s channelize a gorilla. Maybe not the size of gorilla but how he would operate.”
Finally, the female lead Rashmika Mandanna said, “I think I am a good mixture of a puppy and a lioness.
