Renowned Hollywood actor and film producer Michael Douglas added a delightful twist to the 54th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. The iconic star, accompanied by his actress-wife Catherine Zeta-Jones and son Dylan Douglas, graced the festival to receive the prestigious Satyajit Ray Excellence in Film Lifetime Award.

During the event, Michael Douglas, sporting a crisp white shirt, a stylish blue blazer, and grey trousers, showcased his spontaneous side as he, along with producer Shailendra Singh, engaged in an impromptu dance to the Oscar-winning super hit song 'Naatu Naatu' from SS Rajamouli's blockbuster 'RRR.' The heartwarming moment was captured in photos and videos, swiftly making waves across various social media platforms.

The engaging session at IFFI 2023 featured a conversation between Douglas and Shailendra Singh, where they shared insights and experiences. Following their enlightening discussion, the duo surprised the audience with their lively dance, leaving everyone pleasantly astonished.

Expressing his admiration for the festival, Douglas praised the diversity of IFFI, emphasizing its representation of 78 foreign countries. He also commended Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Anurag Thakur, for their contributions to the industry, noting the increased investment in film production and financing in recent years.
