Maa Oori Polimera 2 picks up right where its predecessor left off. The story revolves around Jangaiah (Baladitya), an upright police officer determined to uncover the truth behind the mysterious disappearance of his brother, Komaraiah (Satyam Rajesh). Komaraiah is suspected of being involved in the dark arts of black magic and witchcraft, allegedly responsible for several deaths in the village of Jastipalli.
As Jangaiah delves deeper into the investigation, suspicion mounts when Komaraiah's family, including his wife Lachimi (Kamakshi Bhaskarala) and Balija (Getup Srinu), suddenly withdraw their support at the last moment.
