Fan's celebrations and hungama at theatres during the release of their favourite Hero's film is a common norm in India. It will be at a whole new level in Southern states. Telugu states and Tamil Nadu witnesses peak fan frenzy at times of big star hero film releases. Right from Pala Abhishekam to bursting crackers and even sacrificing animals before heroes cutouts and posters were also seen at some instances.
Now, a new trend of re-releasing old blockbusters of top heroes is going on in Telugu states. Fans are celebrating these Re-releases like new releases at theatres. They are sometime going extremes measures to show that their hero is superior than other hero whose film was Re-released last week. To show their domination they are even taking nonviolent methods.
Fans over enthusiasm are creating problems to theatre owners as they are destroying theatre furniture, property in a frenzy. For instance, to prove that their hero is superior some fans ignited crackers inside theatre. The next week another hero fans to show their family they gave harathi to their hero onscreen. Because of these mindless actions several theatre screens were damaged which incurred heavy loses to theatre owners.
Fans created ruckus at RTC X Roads, Sudershan theatre during Yogi film Re-release today. Well this is not the only case we have seen several such incidents during Re-release of Jalsa, Simhadri, Pokiri and many films. There is news that Nandyala town theatres owners decided against Re-releases to avoid such incidents. No wonder other theatre owners too follow the same path of this foolish acts in the name of fanism continues.
