Hansika: Glamour Doll

Hansika is quite popular for her glamorous looks in south film industry. She made a successful debut in Telugu films as a lead actress during her teens and later became a star heroine in Tamil pairing with star heroes. Hansika is one of those rare actresses who became a lead actress from child actor.

Hansika as a kid acted in popular Hindi serials Shakalaka Boom Boom and Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand. She was also seen in Hrithik Roshan, Pretty Zinta starrer Koi Mil Gaya as a child actor. She made her debut as lead actress opposite Allu Arjun in Puri Jagannadh directorial Desamuduru while she was 16. She also starred in a couple of Hindi films but shifted her focus completely to south film industry. 

After Desamuduru, she starred in Kannada film Bindaas opposite Puneeth Rajkumar. Then she did NTR's Kantri and Ram's Maska. She did a special song in Prabhas's Billa. Meanwhile she made her entry into Tamil with Dhanush starrer Mappillai. Since then she became popular in Kollywood and did films with Vijay, Suriya, Karthi, Sivakarthikeyan, Simbu and even some heroine oriented films.

Hansika was seen occasionally in Telugu films like Kandireega, Denikaina Ready, Power, Gautam Nanda and even did a guest role in NTR Biopic with Nandamuri Balakrishna. She has more than half a dozen films which got completed and ready for release. She also did a couple of web series. Hansika got married last year with her longtime business partner, friend Sohail Khaturiya.
