Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani Rocking At The Boxoffice

Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt starrer Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani has been making growing day by day since it's release. The Karan Johar Directorial had a comparatively slow start at the boxoffice and is gaining momentum with each passing day. The word of mouth has been very good and is playing key role in maintaining consistent numbers at the boxoffice in its second weekend too. 

The film has amassed Rs 91+ Crs in its 9 days. On its 9th day, happens to be a public holiday showed huge growth and collected close to 11.5 crs. Surprisingly the film collects more on its 9th day than its first day (11.1 Crs). The film will cross RS 100 Crore mark on Sunday, its 10 th day. 

Even on weekdays, the film's popularity showed no signs of slowing down. On the first Monday, it secured Rs 7.02 crore, followed by Rs 7.3 crore on Tuesday and Rs 6.9 crore on Wednesday. With positive word-of-mouth and favourable reviews, the movie is expected to continue its strong run at the box office in the coming days.

The movie, featuring an ensemble cast with Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan, has elements of a typical Bollywood film with right doses of Karan Johar mark emotions. The film also blends in discussing many taboo topics effectively.
