He elevated the scenes, especially during the pre-climax and climax. He delivered emotional dialogues with ease but he should fine tune the expressions to create an even bigger impact.
Roopa Kodavayur looked beautiful and gorgeous on the screen. The introduction of her character looked out of place but it was developed quite well to get a good performance from her. The idea looks quite interesting but the initial narration is pretty normal.
The way the heroine runs after the hero and the love track could hav been better. But after the couple gets married and the wife shares her pregnancy news, the story gets interesting, and from then on, director Srinivas managed to maintain the tempo. The first-half interval bang is decent and sets the stage for the exciting second half.
The second half runs with interesting scenes sets smooth sailing of the narration. Brahmaji's comedy evokes few laughs. But once the emotions take over in the final part, the performance makes an impact.
Srinivas Vinjampati came up with a decent, unique, and interesting plot. But, he ends on a predictable note. Dialogues created impact, the way the lead cast delivered it elevating it with their emotional expressions, made viewers sit up and take note.
The editing of Prawin Pudi is ok. He could have easily chopped off a few scenes at the start of the film and also in the middle of the second half to make it more impactful. Nizar Shafi's cinematography is good and he showed the film in a realistic and natural manner. Shrawan Bharadwaj's music is good. A couple of songs are fast beats and others are melodious and are beautifully shot. Production values of MIC Movies are good.
Altogether, Mr.Pregnant is a noble attempt to entertain the audience with an interesting plot.
