Sri Simha Koduri is known for different genres of entertainers. His film Bhaag Saale directed by Pranith Brahmandapally attracted all with the teaser and trailer. The film's OTT partner is yet to be inked and streaming will be after the completion of its theatrical run. The film hit the screens on 7 July 2023 and let us find out whether Bhaag Saale entertained or not.

Bhaag Saale Movie Story Review

Bhaag Saale is the story of a middle-class youngster who goes to any extent to become rich and how he overcomes the hurdles in his path. Sri Simha (Arjun) manages to impress a beautiful girl Maya (Neha Solanki) from an affluent family.  But their love life faces numerous hurdles when a gan comprising of Samuel (John Vijay), and Jackson (Harsha Chemudu) come after them asking for information about the SSG diamond ring worth thousands of cores.

Neha comes to know shocking details and to find out what they are how they are connected to Arjun's parents (Rajeev Kanakala, Bindu), Ramya (Vashini Soundarrajan), Police Officer Promise Reddy (Satya), Arjun's friend Kittu (Sudarshan), Nalini (Nandini Rai) from the twist in the story.

Bhaag Saale Movie Artists Review

Sri Simha Koduri got the role tailormade for him. He slipped into the role effortlessly. He showed enthusiasm and excitement when he and a beautiful girl from a rich class fall in love and share happy moments and showed his frustration and anger perfectly when he experienced reality.

Neha Solanki looked gorgeous and beautiful on screen. She emoted well when faced with the problem. Rajiv Kanakala and Bindu played the roles of Sri Simha bringing the reality in the story. Sudarshan is good in the role of the hero's friend. He generated a few laughs in some scenes. Harsha Chemudu tried a different look and did well in his role.

John Vijay makes an impact as a villain. He showed good variations in expressions according to the situation. Satya appeared in a few scenes and he made viewers laugh.; Varshini Soundarrajan and Nailini Roy got limited screen presence.

Bhaag Saale Movie Technicians Review

Bhaag Saale's story selected by Pranith Brahmandapally offers nothing new. He selected a simile story but he decided to generate fun and entertain youth by mixing it with a ring. This increased the interest levels and till the end, he succeded in maintaining the same tempo. He concentrated on having as many hilarious scenes as possible and a couple of twists in the first and the second half.

This helped the film quite well and the viewers got value for money. Pranith Brahmandapally's screenplay and direction followed the same pattern and he did not deviate from any point. Pranith Brahmandapally got the optimum out of the entire cast and crew and included good entertaining dialogues.

Karthika Srinivas editing is ok but could have been better as there are a few drags that slowed the pace of the film. Cinematographer Ramesh Kushender beautified the film bringing a natural and realistic feel. He showed the chase scenes in and around Hyderabad in a fascinating manner.

A couple of songs of Kala Bhairava are foot-tapping and they are shot well. He elevated the scenes with his thumping background music. Production values of Vedaansh Creative Works and Cinevalley Movies in association with Big Ben Cinemas are good.

Altogether, Bhaag Saale takes viewers on a hilarious race. Pranith Brahmandapally planned to show Sri Simha in an entertaining role in Bhaag Saale justifying the title. He achieved his objective with the comedy scenes though the story is routine and weak. His screenplay is race and direction is ok. Had Pranith Brahmandapally included a few twists to thrill viewers, Bhaag Saale would have raced at a faster pace. Considering all these aspects. Cinejosh goes with a 2 rating for Bhaag Saale.
