Artists,Technicians Review
Dulqer Salmaan slipped into the role effortlessly. He looked handsome and charming and suited the role of Lieutenant. He showed different variations and expressions accordingly captivating all. Mrunal Thakur on debut in Telugu looked gorgeous in traditional attire and complimented Dulqer. Dulqer and Mrunal elevated the scenes with their power-packed and impactful performances.
Rashmika Mandanna played an important role but got less screen presence. She performed well. Sumanth got a good role and after taking time to settle in, he performed accordingly. Gautam Menon, Tharun Bhaskar did well and so too Bhumika. Vennela Kishore attracted to some extent by his comedy. Others like Tharun Bhaskar,, Murali Sharma,Prakash Raj,Sunil,Priyadarshi,Rahul Ravindran,Shatru,Jishshu Sen Gupta, and Sachin Khedekar got limited screen presence.
Hanu Raghavapudi starts off the narration in an interesting manner. But as usual, he loses pace and the narration slows down completely testing the patience of the viewers. He tried to entertain viewers with comedy through Sunil and Vennela Kishore but failed to do so. The same is the case with the scenes involving the army. However as usual he elevated the scenes when it came to showing the romance between the lead pair Dulqer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur. The first half ends on a slow note with interest levels increasing towards the interval. Hanu Raghavapudi picks up the pace of the narration in the second half and he increases the curiosity levels with a few twists and turns connecting chords emotionally. Hanu Raghavapudi leaves his mark in the second half with the gripping narration, interesting screenplay, and direction.
Vishal Chandrasekhar tuned melodious songs. All the songs are beautifully sung and romantically shot to make an endearing impact on the viewers. Vishal Chandrasekhar elevated the scenes with the background music and it turned out to be the soul of the film. PS. Vinod's cinematography is captivating, natural and beautiful. He gave the film a realistic feel. The editing of Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao could have been better especially in the first half. Production values are good.

Rating Analysis
Hanu Raghavapudi teamed with Dulqer Salmaan and decided to come up with a thrilling romantic entertainer. Sita Ramam generated interest and Hanu Raghavapudi starts off narration at a snail's pace before making a powerful impact in the end. Had Hanu Raghavapudi maintained the same tempo throughout the film, the result would have been different. Hanu Ragahvapudi despite the slow pace, and routine elements, by elevating the romance in a beautiful and exhilarating manner made an impact on the viewers. Considering all these elements CJ goes with a 2.75 to Sita Ramam.
