Ravanasura Movie: Artists Review

Ravi Teja is known for his mass mannerisms and intense energy. Ravi Teja surprised all by doing a role that had negative shades most of the time. This time, Ravi Teja not is attracted with his hilarious acts but also with his intense dialogue delivery and body language elevating the negative shades.Ravi Teja is also presented in a different manner with his looks. He looked better than his previous films and his hairstyle at times looked appealing. Ravi Teja shield beer complimented for doing the negative shades role and it has to be seen how viewers will accept him in this role.

Faria Abdullah, Megha Akash, Anu Emmanuel, and Daksha Nagarkar got limited even presence and they performed their roles accordingly. Sushanth played an important role and he performed well but could have elevated the scenes showing more intensity in his expressions.

Hyper Adi entertain with few laughs, while Murali Sharma,Sampath Raj,Praveen performed accordingly. Rao Ramesh tried to impress with Telangana dialect but he just passed through the motions. Pujitha Ponnada is ok in her role.

Ravana Sura Movie: Technicians Review

Ravansura story written by Srikanth Vissa tried to highlight the nexus between the corporates, politicians, police and the repercussions. Sudheer Varma directed the film and he started the narration in an interesting way. However, the story quickly turns towards routine elements.

The narration progresses with silly comedy scenes and routine elements which diluted the entire interesting investigation process. Only during the pre Interval scenes, the proceedings increase the curiosity with couple of twists. The first half ends with good interval bang setting the tone for the interesting second half.

The second half starts in the same interesting way but then the director loses plot with silly scenes and illogical narration. The moment the two twists are revealed, the interest levels dips down and ends up testing the patience of the movie lovers. Sudheer Varma turned the clinical trials as the soul of Ravansura but he failed to elevate it in a powerful manner getting disillusioned with the commerical elements that impacted the film's story, screenplay and direction.

Cinematography of Vijay Karthik Kannan is attractive and decent. Harshavardhan Rameshwar and Bheem's music is just ok. None of the songs look appealing on the screen. The background score turned the things worse as most of the time it is loud. The editing of Naveen Nooli is good though there are few repetitive scenes. Production values of Abhishek Pictures, RT Works the are good.

Ravanasura: Advantages

  • Raviteja
  • Pre and Post Interval developments

Ravanasura: Disadvantages

  • Predictable Plot
  • Illogical Scenes
  • Missing Twists

Ravanasura Movie: Rating Analysis

Altogether, Ravanasura is a utterly predictable crime thriller movie. Director Sudheer Varma suprises everyone by showing Mass Raja Ravi Teja in a completely different and negative role. Sudheer Varma got the optimum out of Ravi Teja but he failed to come with novel story, interesting screenplay and direction.

With silly narration, lack of emotions and illogical scenes, the in story went avry. Had he paid attention to these things and come up with powerful emotions, Ravansura would have turned more power. Considering the above points, Cinejosh goes with a 2.25 Rating for Ravanasura.
