MAD Telugu Movie: Technicians Review

MAD delves into the spirited world of hostel life among young individuals, and director Kalyan Shankar brings this narrative to life in an uproarious and entertaining manner. From the opening scenes to the closing credits, Kalyan Shankar ensures that the film is a riot of hilarity and witty dialogues, even though the underlying story maintains a straightforward trajectory.

Kalyan Shankar's directorial prowess shines through as he successfully orchestrates humor throughout the majority of the film, crafting a script that is foolproof in its ability to tickle the audience's funny bone. While there are moments where logic takes a back seat and familiar patterns emerge, Kalyan Shankar's direction prevails, resulting in a thoroughly enjoyable cinematic experience.

Bheems Ceciroleo's music is a foot-tapping, energetic, and youth-centric score that resonates with both the younger generation and the masses. Their cinematography adds appeal to every scene, immersing viewers in the ambiance of the story. Navin Nooli's editing is praiseworthy, as it maintains the film's pacing by minimizing repetitive and unnecessary scenes. The dialogues are witty and consistently deliver hearty laughs.

MAD (2023) Telugu Movie: Rating Analysis

In its entirety, MAD emerges as a riotous and vibrant youthful entertainer. Kalyan Shankar skillfully harnessed the potential of the fresh faces in the film, opting not to focus solely on one newcomer, whether it be NTR's brother-in-law Narne Nithin, Santosh Shobhan's brother Sangeeth Sobhan, or Ram Nitin. Instead, he provided equal importance to all the actors, effectively ironing out their shortcomings and in turn, crafting uproarious scenes that showcased their talents collectively.

While Kalyan Shankar's storyline might bear resemblance to earlier successful films, this familiarity doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the audience. The film's strength lies in its ability to deliver wholesome entertainment, brimming with witty dialogues and side-splitting moments that keep viewers thoroughly engaged.

Taking all these elements into account, Cinejosh bestows MAD with a well-deserved rating of 2.75, acknowledging its success in delivering an enjoyable and laughter-filled cinematic experience.
