Police claim this time, it is not a racial attack but another young Indian student aged 24 years was brutally beaten up in Western Sydney on April 28. Unidentified native Australians have severely attacked when this Indian student was walking on Amos Street, Westmead at 7.30 PM. A passing taxi has halted these three native Australians who were kicking him in stomach.
Police confirmed that attack was not racially motivated; it was a case of robberies surrounding this area. Attackers in this area rob the phone and wallet by simply beating the people. But a worst history of nearly 100 racial attacks in last one year on Indian students seriously poses a racial angle to this attack.
