I’m The Owner Of TV9: Ravi Prakash

TV9 Ravi Prakash Clarifies On 3 Cases

Former Chief Executive Officer of TV9, Ravi Prakash, recently applied for anticipatory bail with the Telangana High Court, challenging FIRs that were filed against him by the police in Hyderabad. The police had also issued lookout notices against him and his associates after he failed to turn up for questioning over a case of forgery against him. The Cyberabad police are investigating a case of forgery and cheating against him.

Finally, Ravi Prakash came up with his clarification on three cases against him releasing a video from an anonymous location. The former CEO of Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (ABCPL) asserts that the cases lodged against him were unlawful.

“Police are making statements that they have alerted airports and shipyards to stop me from escaping to other place. Media houses owned by Rameshwar Rao and other media firms associate with him are taking pleasure in projecting me as a terrorist. I will now clarify on three false cases against me.

1. The deal between me and Shivaji was a private affair. The agreement papers are at NCLT Court. Police unlawfully without permission from court filed FIR.

2. They filed another false case against me stating I forged signature of a part time employee Devendar Agarwal. Actually, Rameshwar Rao and Co kidnapped Devendar and tried to upload forged documents. I didn’t forge signatures of Rameshwar Rao or Megha Megha Krishna Reddy to grab their assets.

3. They claim that I sold TV9 logo rights. But, the fact is, TV9 logo creator is Ravi Prakash. TV9 logo owner is Ravi Prakash. Moreover, they need to pay the royalty to Ravi Prakash for using the TV9 logo. In order to evade the royalty amount, they filed false cases against me.

However, Ravi Prakash hasn’t disclosed anything about his next step in the matter!
