The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday posted the bail petition of suspended Andhra Cricket Association secretary, Mr V Chamunmdeswarinath, who is facing allegations of corruption and favouritism besides sexual misconduct, to August 5.
The court was dealing with a writ petition filed by Chamundeswarinath, who stated that all cases were foisted falsely against him.
He appealed to the court to lift all false cases foisted against him. The court after hearing the prosecution argument posted the case to August 5.
