Hyderabad, Oct 30: Shamshabad police on Friday took a youth into custody on Friday for trying to board an overseas flight with a fake passport.According to the police, the youth, identified as Anil from Karimnagar district, was apprehended by the Immigration authorities at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad when he checked in. Anil was attempting to leave for Abu Dhabi and he even purchased the ticket for the flight.The Immigration officials after noticing that he was carrying a fake passport alerted the Shamshabad police, who took him into custody. He is being interrogated for details, the police added.
