Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah will tour the flood-affected districts in the state from Sunday to assess the flood fury. According to Chief Minister’s Office sources, the Chief Minister will visit the worst-affected Alampur in Mahabubnagar district on Sunday afternoon. Later he will visit Rajoli and Kurnool districts in the evening. He will stay in Kurnool for overnight.
On Monday, the Chief Minister will visit Nandhyal, Repalle, Avanigadda and Vijayawada. He will conduct a review meeting with officials on rescue and relief operations in Vijayawada. On Tuesday, he will also visit flood hit areas in Vijayawada. The Chief Minister will be accompanied by Revenue Minister D Prasada Rao during his tour to the flood-hit areas.
