The Central Bureau of Investigation Special Court at Nampally on Thursday adjourned the hearing till November 28 on a petition filed by the Income Tax Department seeking possession of documents found by the CBI during the searches in the disproportionate assets case related to former Karnataka Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy and Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) Managing Director B V Srinivas Reddy residences.
Gali and Srinivas Reddy filed a counter petition in the court, vehemently opposing giving the documents, now with the probing agency, to the IT Department.
After hearing the arguments of IT department, the court adjourned the hearing on the petitions to November 28
