Hyderabad, Oct 2: The floods triggered by heavy rain continued to disrupt transport services in Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur and Chittoor districts on Friday where the South Central Railway has cancelled 15 train services and diverted some trains.According to a press release issued by the South Central Railway, the following trains are diverted: Bangalore-Mumbai Udyan express, Nagarcoil-Mumbai Express, Mumbai-Chennai express, Mumbai-Kanyakumari express, Bangalore-Nanded Link express, Tirupati-Hyderabad Rayalaseema express, Bangalore-Nizamuddin rajadhani express, New Delhi-Bangalore express and Chennai-Mumbai express.
It also cancelled three passenger services between Hyderabad-Kurnool section. Railway authorities hoped to resume the train services on Saturday.The APSRTC also cancelled many bus services to Rayalaseema region from Hyderabad due to uprooting of trees and blocked highways.
