Hyderabad, Sept 18 :
The Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB)officials on Friday arrested Seetharam, Manager, Jalamandali and Kamalhasan Reddy, an Upper Division Clerk of Kukatpally, in Hyderabad, after they ‘caught’ accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000 from the complainant for doing an official favour.
The ACB conducted the raid on the basis of a complainant who stated that the accused officials demanded bribe for issuing a certificate, a press release said.
The ACB officials recovered the tainted cash and seized the books from them. The officials would be produced before the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad. Investigation is on.
