Telangana Political Forums including Osmania JAC and Telangana JAC have come out bashing on APPSC for wrong timing of the exam as Osmania students have enough suffered in the hands of State Government including that of illegal cases filed on Telangana students during their fight for separate statehood.
There has been two primary demands that are to be applicable for Group 1 exams as per JAC’s statements.
1. Quota of 42% Group 1 posts to Telangana students should be clearly mentioned before allowing the students to write the exam. As last notification including with supplement haven’t mentioned this; an immediate necessity of declaring posts to Telangana students out of 198 total posts is stressed.
2. As Telangana students have suffered with separate state movement, a time of more two to three months is needed for their preparation along with finalization of demand no.1.
As Rosaiah fell ill suddenly; all the Telangana JAC’s have given a call for Telangana Bandh on September 5, the day of Group 1 exam. For any of the forceful conducting of exam with Police Protection; question papers and answer papers will be torn away in the exam centers and CM Rosaiah will be held responsible for all future consequences, said TJAC.
