Bollywood Star Hero Ajay Devgn, reportedly paid Rs 45.09 crore for five office units in Mumbai's Andheri West, according to a report obtained by data analytics company CRE Matrix. Two years ago he bought a Rs 47.5 crore home of 474.4 square metres at Juhu in Mumbai.
The office units with a total area of 13,293 square feet are located within Signature Building, Oshiwara, along Veera Desai Road. Three units located on the 16th floor are valued at Rs 30.35 crore, and the stamp duty paid was Rs 1.82 crore, according to the report. Two other units purchased by the actor are located on the 17th floor. These units reportedly cost Rs 14.74 crore.
Few days ago his wife Kajol Devgn also purchased an apartment with an area of 2,493 square feet and four car parking spots in the city, reportedly for Rs 16.5 crore. Ajay Devgn recently appeared in the action movie 'Bholaa', which also featured Tabu. The movie, which released in March, did not score well at the box office.
His upcoming films includes the long-delayed sports drama 'Maidaan', 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', and the anticipated latest film in Singham series.
