Aishwarya Rai on her daughter Aaradhya being trolled and personally vilified. Aishwarya Rai while promoting her upcoming film Ponniyin Selvan 2 which is racing for a release on 28 April 2023, shared her views on netizens trolling and targeting her daughter Aaradhya.
It is known that after youtube channels targeted Aaradhya and spread fake news about her ill health, Aaradhya approached Delhi High Court and got an injunction order against them.
Aishwarya said "It's so nice that a member from the media only is recognizing that that does exist. So that gives us great hope that you are obviously not going to perpetuate that, you are not going to encourage that and thank you very much for your wise recognition of the negative impact of false writing or unnecessary writing which is insensitive and unnecessary,"
She went on to add "So thank you so much for your support for the sentiment that we all share and for your wisdom in recognising that,"
