After creating numerous records in its name, action Epic RRR directed by ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli with NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles is now registering record collections in Japan. RRR was released on October 21st on 209 screens and 31 IMAX screens across Japan in 44 cities. Rajamouli along with Ram Charan and NTR went to Japan and participated in promotions ahead of its release.
After becoming the biggest opener on its day 1 among Indian releases in Japan, RRR is now created a first-week record too. It collected ¥ 73 Million ( $ 495,000) in its first week. As Japan is a long run market. We can expect more records from RRR in the coming weeks. The local distributor who bought RRR is expecting that the film will enter into the profit zone in 10 days.
