Of later Bollywood filmmakers are trying their best to revive their industry by convincing top South celebrities to promote their films. In the process, Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan convinced Mega Star Chiranjeevi to present his dream project Laal Singh Chaddha in Telugu. Chiranjeevi who values friendship, owing to his close bonding with Aamir Khan readily agreed. He even promoted the film in a lavish manner giving interviews also.
But much to the shock of all, Laal Singh Chaddha turned out to be a disaster. The film right from the first show got huge negative reviews. Many are saying that Chiranjeevi unnecessarily burnt his hands by associating with Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha despite knowing that Aamir has been facing severe backlash from across the country for his previous comments and #boycottLaalSinghChadda trending on social media.
Now all eyes are on star director Rajamouli. He is presenting Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt's Brahmastra. The film also stars Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan in important roles. Already many are commenting that Brahmastra's visual effects are not on par with Rajamouli's Baahubali. In the midst of all this, the question is will Brahmastra shock Rajamouli or Rajamouli buck the trend.
