Ever since Modi and Amit Shah took over the reins of the BJP and powered BJP to the power two consecutive times at the center, they have been coming with various strategies to turn regional satraps into the pet dogs practicing the carrot and stick method. Come to the two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, though YSRCP's Jagan Mohan Reddy, TDP's Chandra Babu Naidu, Jana Sena's Pawan Kalyan, and TRS' KCR boast that they make PM Modi dance to their tunes it is the other way round.
In 2014, Chandra Babu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan turned BJP's jumping japangs in AP and KCR in Telangana. The situation changed in Andhra Pradesh in 2019 with Jagan Mohan Reddy and Pawan Kalyan turning BJP's Jumping Japangs. Though Chandra Babu tried his best to be BJP's jumping japang, PM Modi did not fulfill his desire. KCR has been trying to break the shackles of jumping japangs but he is failing in his attempts. Same is the case with Pawan Kalyan.
In 2024, speculation is on as to who will be BJP's jumping japangs. KCR is trying his best not to become one by talking about Bharat Rashtra Samithi but he may fail in his attempts. In AP, if Jagan regains power, he will be the Modi's jumping japang, or Pawan Kalyan and Chandra Babu will be the jumping japangs. All eyes are on the 2024 general elections.
