Radhe Shyam: Makers lobbying failed to create wonders

Makers' desperation failed to save Radhe Shyam

Prabhas' period romantic entertainer Radhe Shyam got a disastrous talk just into the premiers. Even before that, the makers of Radhe Shyam picked the warning bells, well ahead of the premiers tried their best to spread positive word of mouth and get positive reviews on the renowned sites and from the renowned film critics.

The makers indulged in intense lobbying and managed to get a few of them on board. However many reputed organizations and critics refused to get carried away and many of them even demanded a whopping amount to come with positive reviews on renowned national papers. Despite the makers' intense lobbying except for a few websites and critics who came with positive reviews and ratings nearing around 3 out of 5, many panned the film and gave them just 2.

Now the makers are trying to spread the rumors that the national media and especially those in Bollywood came with negative reviews and spreading negative talk on Prabhas' Radhe Shyam as they consider Prabhas as an outsider and they see Prabhas as a threat to their stardom and citadel. However, they forgot the fact that the same national and international media came with positive reviews more than that of the south for Prabhas' Baahubali, and even when Prabhas' action entertainer Saaho got negative reviews, North movie lovers owned the film and turned it into a big hit.

Radhe Shyam however is not finding any takers in North and this can be gauged by the fact that while Saaho got Rs 25crs in the North on the first day, Radhe Shyam got just Rs 5crs which proves a point that Radhe Shyam's romantic dreams got shattered and the ship sank much faster than the titanic. When there is no strong story and content, no amount of lobbying and paid positive reviews will help even a top star's film.
