People are left wondering whether Power Star Pawan Kalyan is plunging Tollywood into trouble with his fiery, power-packed speeches. Tollywood people waited with bated breath over Pawan Kalyan's speech today at Narasapuram, Andhra Pradesh. They feared that any attack by Pawan Kalyan against AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and the ruling YSRCP over the ticket rates controversy will give a chance for AP govt to crush Tollywood.
Pawan though didn't dwell on the ticket rates and Tollywood at all in his speech today, he indirectly launched a blistering attack on AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. He said Jagan Mohan Reddy has a tendency to create a problem and make renowned personalities to prostrate before him and insult them to derive a sadistic pleasure before' acting as if solving the problem. Many feel that Pawan indirectly expressed his dissatisfaction over Chiranjeevi, Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas prostrating and virtually begging in front of CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. It has to be seen how AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and YSRCP leaders react to it.
It is known that YSRCP government which targeted Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab, later continued with the same reduced rates affecting the Tollywood.
No amount of requests from Tollywood biggies and Chiranjeevi , didn't bring results. Pawan's fiery speech at the Republic pre release function and blistering attack on Jagan Mohan Reddy and ministers, complicated the things. Jagan made Chiranjeevi, Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas and others virtually prostrate infront of him with a begging bowl. Finally, AP government decided to allow 100% occupancy and also increase ticket rates in couple of weeks now after Pawan Kalyan's Bheemla Nayak release. Everyone knows that Pawan is the target and the ego war between Jagan and Pawan is plunging Tollywood into trouble.
