This week witnessed many films which captured the imagination of all are Raviteja's Khiladi, Vishnu Vishaal's FIR, and Chiyaan Vikram's Mahaan. While Mahaan was released on OTT, Khiladi and FIR hit the theatres. But there is a connection between Khiladi, FIR, and Mahaan. While Khiladi is a Telugu film, FIR and Mahaan are Kollywood films.
The connection between Raviteja's Khiladi and Vikram's Mahaan is both Raviteja and Vikram share the same name. While Raviteja's name is Mohan Gandhi in Khiladi, Vikram's name is Gandhi Mahaan in Mahaan. Khiladi and FIR have scenes related to poisonous gas. In Khiladi Raviteja saves the girl's father Rama Krishna (Unni Mukundan) from the container with gas, Vishaal saves the city of Visakhapatnam from the poisonous gas from a company.
The connections once again highlight that sometime back rumors spread that Khiladi was the remake of the Tamil film Sathuranga Vettai or it was a sequel for the Kollywood film. So Khiladi, Mahaan and FIR have similar shades.
