Sorry J Reddy! Even If 40% Fitment, Employees Won't Support You

Sorry J Reddy! Even If 40% Fitment, Employees Won't Support You

The Jagan Reddy's government seems to be cursed by the employees as nowhere there's a soft corner on the YCP government while the negativity prevails over in every nook and cranny. According to an AP NGO, even if Jagan Reddy announces 40% fitment for their salary hike (PRC), employees won't support him due to following reasons.

* The implementation of the new PRC has been delayed more than 3 years which is unbearable.

* Employees salary and emoluments are being diverted for free distribution of money to unneedy sections.

* GPF, ZPPF loans and part final settlements have been kept pending for almost a year.

* The APGLI loan amounts have been kept pending for more than six months.

* Employees pensionary benefits have been kept pending for almost a year.

* The employees had to share their salary budget along with the secretariat employees and village volunteers. Their number is more than 3 lakhs.

* There is no respect for the employees from the ministers and the MLAs. Every now and then, MLAs and ministers are humiliating the employees and their leaders with their rude and harsh comments.

* When it comes to the plight of the teachers, it takes several hours to describe their lamentation. Of course, this YCP government made the teachers as the security guards in front of the liquor shops during covid times. Currently, high school teachers are forced to teach elementary classes while the status of the elementary teachers has been degraded to Anganwadi teachers.

BOTTOM-LINE: Considering all the above factors, whatever the fitment announced by Jagan Reddy will go useless as he has already hurt the egos of the employees. "CHETHULU KAALAAKAA AAKULU PATTUKUNTE EM LAABHAM?". Jagan Reddy must be ready to face the consequences.
