Once upon a time, APPSC would frequently conduct 'Groups' examinations. There was an impressive bustle at coaching institutes across the AP. The unemployed would optimistically prepare hard for those examinations to crack the superior posts in the Government service.
The organizers of coaching centres and the instructors would get handsome amounts to win bread for their families.
When it comes to the DSC (a test for teacher posts) thousands of teachers were taken to the government service through frequent recruitments.
Where are those posts now? Where are those golden days now? As the government is distributing lakhs of crores public's money to the unneedy sections, obviously, government recruitments for various posts have been sidelined. The word 'Development' seems to have merely been erased in the AP's dictionary.
On the other side, the unemployed are mentally distressed with 'Age bar' problems. They are not getting alliances for marriages. With no option left, the unemployed youth who have PG degrees and the B.Ed degrees are searching for private jobs and businesses to earn their livelihood. What a pathetic state for the AP's unemployed youth!
