Police after investigations gave a clean chit to Arjun saying they found no evidence against Arjun over Sruthi Hariharan's allegations. Police filed a B report at a local court in Bengaluru stating that they haven't found any substantiate evidence against Arjun Sarja over the allegations made in the FIR.
Police during their investigation questioned more than ten people and also the cast and crew of the film Vismaya. Police claimed the witnesses said they vaguely heard about it and some claimed ignorance. Sruthi Hariharan filed a complaint at Cubbon Park police station in October 2018 against Arjun Sarja alleging him of sexually harassing and molesting her while they were shooting a bedroom scene. Arjun however rubbished the allegations saying how could he molest her when the scene was shot in the presence of the entire cast and crew.
