Actress Samantha approached Kukatpally Court against three youtube channels and also an analyst seeking legal action filing a defamation case against them after the channels posted deplorable content against her regarding her divorce from Naga Chaitanya. A couple of days back the Court made comments questioning Samantha advising her to seek an apology from the channels rather than approaching them filing a defamation case.
The court in its final order shocked Samantha reiterating its earlier statement asking her to seek an apology from the channels rather than file a defamation case. It also asked Samantha not to post personal things on social media and later approach them seeking action. The court's verdict is a mixed bag for Samantha.
Though Samantha's lawyers tried to invoke the judgment regarding Shilpa Shetty's case, they did not get a favorable verdict from the court. The court asked Samantha not to share her personal secrets on social media and asked her to seek apologies from the channels for whatever happened, however in relief to her directed the youtube channels and analyst to remove all the links of their videos over Samantha and other derogatory stuff.
