Ever since Rajamouli announced the release date for RRR, the most awaited multi-starter featuring Ram Charan and NTR, speculation increased that the makers of other heroes' films will change the release dates. Rumors spread that the makers of Pawan Kalyan, Rana's Bheemla Nayak which is slated for January 12, 2022, just five days after RRR release will change the release date to avoid competition.
But the makers of Bheemla Nayak rubbished all the rumors and officially confirmed the film's release. Producer Naga Vamsi confirmed with the following post. '“The BIG SCREEN will be lit on 12th January 2022 with the intensity of the ULTIMATE CLASH of #BheemlaNayak & #DanielShekar.”
Bheemla Nayak is the remake of Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum and is directed by Sagar K Chandra. The film stars Nitya Menon, Samyuktha Menon as the female leads, and the dialogues, the screenplay is provided by Trivikram Srinivas. Thaman is the music director for the film.
