Finally, Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej got discharged from the hospital and returned home last night on the eve of the Dasara festival. Incidentally, it happens to be Sai Dharam Tej's birthday. It is known that Sai Dharam Tej met with a bike accident on Vinayaka Chavithi last month and he was admitted in Apollo Hospitals.
Reports are coming that Sai Dharam Tej will undergo physiotherapy for few more weeks at his house. Though Sai Dharam Tej is keen to resume shoot, his family members are not allowing him and are asking him to take a rest and recover completely.
